
With 25 years of clinical experience, Frances specializes in assisting individuals with chronic musculoskeletal complaints toward achieving their functional goals. One-on-one hour-long sessions aid communication, learning, structural change, and functional progress.
Individualized programs are developed to address each person’s unique movement, coordination, strength, and endurance needs. Assessment and treatment techniques reflect advanced training in varied styles of manual therapy, movement assessment and facilitation techniques. Therapy approaches studied include: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and Foundations of Svaroopa® Yoga.
